Head of Design & Production

Pracha "Pond" Unmuangin, a native of Thailand, holds a bachelor's degree in product design from Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. His creativity is inspired by the natural beauty of the surrounding hills and mountains of Chiang Mai, his hometown. With expertise in logo design, social media ads, graphic design motion, video editing, and gif banners, he is capable of delivering the final product in various formats. However, his skills and expertise are not limited to the mentioned areas, as he is open to discussing details for any exciting project. Fluent in Thai and English, Pracha is open to online work worldwide and is ready to bring a modern and refreshing look to your designs.

Lorenzo, a native of Italy, discovered his passion for cooking at the tender age of 14. He graduated from the prestigious Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Pietro D'Abano in Abano Terme and began his apprenticeship in the same city. His culinary journey took a significant turn when he moved to Bangkok, Thailand, where he opened his first restaurant, ‘La Locanda’. Lorenzo's talent soon landed him an executive chef position at the Sofitel Raja Orchid Khon Kaen, followed by roles at Hilton Hua Hin and Millennium Hilton Bangkok, marking a remarkable 20-year career. In 2018, Lorenzo returned to his roots and established Al Dente in Bangkok. His deep-seated passion for cooking, combined with his extensive experience in Asian cuisine, has equipped him with a unique skill set that distinguishes him in the culinary world.

Jesper, a native of Denmark, graduated from Aalborg Technical College, Denmark and has built an impressive career over the past thirty years. He has held executive positions with renowned international hotel chains, including Hilton International and the Rezidor Hotel Group. His expertise extends beyond hospitality; Jesper has also developed a variety of food and beverage concepts for Thailand's largest retailer. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale operations across Asia and in his home country of Denmark. His extensive experience and diverse skill set make him a prominent figure in the global hospitality and retail sectors.
